So we met at a bar...
Frankie and Amanda met in Chicago in the summer of 2020. Covid restrictions had just been lifted and so Amanda and her roommates obviously jumped at the chance to go out to the bars in Wrigleyville. Allison's boyfriend later joined and invited a couple friends from his fraternity at Michigan State to meet up at Deuces (RIP). Frankie shows up and the two... barely speak all night. As you can imagine, after being cooped up the past 3 months, the group was eager to be out and about. A few too many tequila shots later and most were ready to call it a night. However, if you know Amanda and Frankie, they were not. Thus begins their story.
Frankie quickly began courting Amanda (sending her 8 ball and cup pong iPhone game requests via text) until she agreed to meet for drinks on Division street - the first of many many nights together on Division. From then on, the two were inseparable - despite Amanda living in Uptown at the time making it practically a long distance relationship. The two moved in together two years later, impulsively rescued two cats and have resided in the Gold Coast ever since. They've spent the past five years falling in love and exploring their favorite city.
